By accessing and using PickAPie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use PickAPie for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

Under this license you may not:

User Accounts

Sharing and Guest Access

When you share a party menu link with guests, you understand that:

• Anyone with the link can view your party menu and place orders
• You are responsible for managing who has access to your party links
• Guest selections may be visible to other guests viewing the same party

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected immediately
• The service will be available at all times
• The service will meet your specific requirements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or virus-free.

PickAPie provides tools for planning pizza parties but is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of recipe information or ingredient measurements
• Food safety or preparation methods
• Dietary restrictions or allergies
• The outcome of your pizza party

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PickAPie or its operators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
